José Antonio García Pérez was born in Murcia, Spain, in 1989. He received the M.SC degree in telecommunications engineering from the Technical University of Cartagena (UPCT), Spain, in 2013. He is currently working towards the PhD degree at Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, UK.
His research interests include power combining techniques for microwave and mm-wave solid-state power amplifiers, microwave filters and linearisation and efficiency improvement techniques for power amplifiers.
